Cardio Enlace is an application designed to improve the care of patients with heart failure as well as to facilitate the link with their treating doctors.was created based on the recommendations addressed to patients for their self-monitoring at home and monitoring of alarm data, through the daily measurement of different parameters such as vital signs, anthropometry, fluid consumption habits and physical activity, as well as their perception of wellness.With a simple and straightforward format, the application allows patients to record their daily measurements which are sent to the applications medical portal so that their treating physician can monitor the data sent by the patient in real time.
